Navy Veteran St_Jeezy is a member of the Stack Up Stream Team and he's going to be joining our Call to Arms LIVE event as our Master of Ceremonies!

He answered the question: Why does he support Stack Up? Our community is built around supporting Veterans through gaming and helping keep each other from feeling alone.

If you haven't seen the announcement in the Stack Up Fundraising Discord, Fundraising Director PerkyDaisy recently posted our planned fundraising event dates for the rest of the year!

We have 7 more events planned with plenty of chances to support Stack Up while potentially winning cool gear.

Andrew was Active Duty in the Marines and is now in the reserves. He requested a Supply Crate so he could put a console and games in the Veterans lounge at UConn Law.

"Hi my name in Andrew McCotter. I was active duty in the Marine Corps and now I am in the reserves. I am currently attending UConn Law where I am president of VALOR (Veterans & Armed Services Legal Outreach Society). I am hoping to get a supply crate for the veterans lounge at UConn law. To be honest when I first got here it was pretty dilapidated and no one really visited it. I have put in a lot of work cleaning it up, and got the school to get some new furniture. I am hoping you all will help make it an awesome space! There are at minimum of 26 vets on campus that would use it, not to mention it would be a great place for VALOR to plan events for the whole schools population. Thanks for everything you do!"

Thank you to @GryphonAMX and his community for supporting this and many other gaming care packages with Stack Up!

Bryan served in both the Army and the Navy and requested a Supply Crate because he's been dealing with a variety of mental and physical health issues.

"I served a total of 24 years in 2 branches of the Military (Navy & Army) and 5 years as a NYPD cop. I retired from the Army in 2019 and suffer many physical and psychological wounds from my combat and non-combat service. Every day, I suffer intense pain from various injuries, including my spine, compression fractures, dislocated and subloxed joints and knee derangements. I suffer the effects of multiple Traumatic Brain Injuries, combat PTSD, major depression, multiple anxiety and many other psychological injuries. I often play games with my children in order to distract from my distress. We are a low income (actually 0 income) family and my PC is overb10 years old on it's last leg. I do not have any consoles currently. If you are able to help, I would be grateful. If not, I still would be grateful for what you have done for others. Thank you."

Thank you to @237Eralm for supporting this Veteran's gaming care package through fundraising with Stack Up!

Collaboration Announcement:
Military gaming charity Stack Up is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, supporting over 71,000 U.S. and allied veterans through gaming and geek culture! Whether sending game consoles to units deployed overseas and those struggling back home, or helping keep veterans connected with mental health game nights, Stack Up continues to support the troops, keeping smiles on the faces of the veterans who stood up and fought for this country.

We’re proud to collaborate with Stack Up in support of the veterans within our community and to help raise awareness for the incredible work they do. As a veteran-owned business with veterans on our team, this partnership means a great deal to us. We’re especially honored that this collaboration features dice designed by a veteran, using our Dragon Blood Jasper gemstone, making this project even more meaningful.

Ever wondered how Stack Up sends out so many consoles every year?

From your support.

Your fundraising and donations go directly to the purchases of consoles for veterans in need. Before the price increase, 25 PS5 consoles cost about $15,000 and 25 Nintendo Switches cost about $8,900.

As console prices continue to rise with a projected increase for PS5's happening as early as 4/2 your support helps ensure we can continue our mission of delivering Supply Crates that provide comfort, connection and moments of relief.
