It was analyzed how ALLATRA, a spiritual organization, became a target of coordinated persecution across multiple countries. It was examined the partnership between Ukrainian activists Kremenovska and Svyatogor, who themselves face criminal charges, and trace how they function as part of a larger anti-cult network originating from Russia. We detail the six-stage operational model: initial stigmatization in Russian media by Orthodox Church affiliates, expansion into Ukraine with rebranded narratives, designation as undesirable in Russia with documented FSB violence, coordinated Ukrainian law enforcement actions based on fabricated expert evaluations, a massive media campaign in Central Europe, and eventual extremist designation in Russia. We highlight a critical analytical anomaly: ALLATRA was simultaneously labeled as pro-Russian in Ukraine and pro-Ukrainian in Russia, demonstrating that stigmatizing frameworks are tailored to local political contexts rather than based on objective facts.
