@MSFT365Status Worst worst service and I have changed everything for 24 hours & nothing with anything Microsoft!!!! Read your customer service emails please. Help!
@Walgreens No you don’t want to hear as your customer relations is awful- I have sent emails & spoken w/ supervisors - nothing! - fix your customer service for contact lens orders - have someone call me specifically and handle this today &- take accountability for lack of service overall
@Walgreens the WORST with contact lenses - takes a minimum of 10 to 15 days (no one takes accountability and if they make an error - oh well) worst customer service ever!!!!
If you're thinking about buying contact lenses from @Walgreens, don't. They have been a nightmare to deal with; I'd recommend you choose another vendor.
