It is a year round job, not just the 7 mo playing season or the 9 innings we see on the field. The training and travel is extensive and physically demanding. Jealous much?

@BradClemons00 @CoachSwit This! As the parent of a D1 starting pitcher I made almost every home and away game knowing my son would only take the field 1x a week. It was his team, we supported him AND his team! As a caveat, I did not have other kids whose activities I also needed to attend.
