@dyeltho @DeanTTraining Ive started to use an oil sprayer for cooking. Either spray on pan before adding food or put cut veggies in a bowl then spray and toss to incorporate. Similar results with a small fraction of oil needed.

@spyfish007 @JoshRainerGold Agreed. I didn't figure it out in high school. I was smart and wasn't afraid to show it, but I projected both caring about it. I used drugs and alcohol, skipped classes, only attended metal shop and calculus. Went to college my junior year because I lost all my HS credits.

@spyfish007 @JoshRainerGold I thought I wanted to be cool. Not one of those nerds. In hindsight, very poor decision and motivations. Probably something to do with having a deadbeat father that abandoned me. I sought status and a sense of belonging. That continued into young adulthood.
