Bottom line: HYBE LIED.
Everything that’s happened is built on a foundation of lies and HYBE is the one who laid it. They lied to the public, to shareholders, and likely to their own artists. They painted Min Hee-jin as the villain to cover up their own power grab, and now that narrative is falling apart.
What’s worse for them? The walls are closing in. One by one, their behind-the-scenes connections are being exposed. People who once stood by them, whether out of loyalty, fear, or profit, are beginning to distance themselves, especially as Bang Si-hyuk’s reputation starts to rot under the weight of controversy, manipulation, and his crimes.
The protection HYBE has enjoyed for so long, the silence, the media cover, the industry backing… is cracking. And when that finally breaks, there’s no spinning the truth. The lies won’t hold, and neither will the empire built on them and the only ones who will be left on Bang Si-hyuk’s side are his loyal rats. 🤷🤷♀️🤷♂️
Police have dropped all breach of trust charges against former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin in a case filed by HYBE, concluding a year-long investigation.

The police conclusion that Min Hee-jin is NOT GUILTY of breach of duty directly undermines HYBE’s entire justification for:
1. Unilaterally terminating the Shareholders’ Agreement, and
2. Removing her as CEO of ADOR.
So what does this mean, exactly?
HYBE’s justification for terminating the shareholders’ agreement and pushing Min Hee-jin out hinged on the allegation of breach of duty, that she was supposedly plotting a management takeover. That accusation has now been formally investigated and dismissed as baseless by law enforcement.
This severely discredits HYBE’s narrative and actions.
With the court already siding with her in the injunction case and now the police clearing her of any criminal breach, Min Hee-jin is on solid ground to:
- Argue that her removal was unjustified
- Possibly demand reinstatement ??
- Strongly challenge the termination of the Shareholders’ Agreement
This could set the stage for a legal counteroffensive, especially if she chooses to seek damages or push for full independence of ADOR under a new structure.
HYBE practically destroyed a working relationship with Min Hee-jin and her reputation based on falsehoods. Now that the legal system has debunked their accusations, they may face repercussions both in court and in public perception. And Min Hee-jin, once portrayed by HYBE as disloyal and deceptive, now stands vindicated… a creative leader wrongfully accused, with every right to fight back.
