@KayJewelers your Circle Center Mall location just broke my Victorinox watch trying to replace a battery. Now want to send out for repair with 3 weeks time to fix. We have a problem.
Could have easily told me they weren’t able to change the battery instead watch is broken.

@qdoba earned a free entree had the email to prove it that you sent to me 2 days ago. The staff was nothing but rude and declined to give me the meal. I paid so I could have my food not pleased and this isn’t the first time I have experienced this at the location I visited today.
