first thing i learned during my years in america was that when buying a house, everyone is talking about the school district, but it becomes clear really fast that what they mean is what the percentage of certain minorities is in the neighbourhood. blacks, hispanics and natives are a nope, bc the criminality in these neighbourhoods is already off the charts and your kids will be victims of violence in the schools.

there is no difference regarding left or right when it comes to buying a house as far away as possible from certain people. the bleeding heart democrats do the same as the republicans, an all the realtors understand what is meant by a good school district and a safe neighborhood.

this means that young people buying houses would rather overpay or worst case rent or rent to buy in a safe neighborhood than buy a large cheap home in a different neighborhood.

not getting shot, robbed or beat up is the top proprity and everyone knows what that means re demographics.

obviously this leaves large amounts of houses out of the market, bc buying them would put a target on whites and asians in these neighborhoods.
