@domingo773@TUIUK Good luck! They’ll say it’s ‘extraordinary circumstances’ and therefore aren’t liable to pay compensation. Our flight was delayed almost 24 hours in May due to crew being stuck in traffic. @TUIUK gave us 0 compensation. Not even an apology!
@riverislandhelp customer service couldn’t actually get any worse. 3 web forms completed and no response. Rang and got an email 2 weeks later. 5 emails ands# 2 months after returning items and still not refunded. Shocking!
@parcelforce Parcel: PBIU2879131001 says it has been returned to depot but no delivery was attempted? It is a business address so always someone available to accept deliveries.
