2. These teams were a combined 10-2 vs the G6 (only losses were close, most wins were blowouts).

@Firstand16_Pod Reurning production is not the only thing that goes into a ranking, especially in the transfer portal era. Tech is underrated, but BYU and UH are both ranked above their typical power rating, doesn’t seem biased to me.

@spncrmrtn @CarterKarels @AggieYellOn3 Don’t worry too much. T.J. Searcy is great against run and will likely be on the field more often in the early downs/ run situations. I would expect Saka and Jones to line up on the edges in passing situations. The three will probably rotate with each other quite a bit.

@drdozer_mendoza @365Aggie Neither Miami nor Texas were stacking the line. They both played most of the game with a standard box. Their main goal was to take away Reed’s explosive play making. Schematically there was nothing stopping us from running the ball, we just lost the line of scrimmage.

@Drewtamu Ar’maj Reed-Adams is a particularly relevant example this year. He was under the radar, Elko and Cushing found him, he ended up being a draft pick.

At the same time, I feel like we have more highly touted guys in this portal class than 2024 or 2025.
