@2DWells@Drewtamu I disagree on the Craver play. If you watch the all 22 he draws the LB off with eyes looking out at Horton, and then zips the ball into a tight window. @Tony_Catalina posted it if you want another look.
@DrLoafCFB@TheHerdBros You judge schedules based off the count of P4 opponents and nothing else?
Every SEC team is now required to play 10 P4 opponents 2026 and on.
@TheHerdBros 1. These games alone are still far more difficult than any 12 team G6 schedule.
2. These teams were a combined 10-2 vs the G6 (only losses were close, most wins were blowouts).
3. I think your leaving something out 😂
@Firstand16_Pod Reurning production is not the only thing that goes into a ranking, especially in the transfer portal era. Tech is underrated, but BYU and UH are both ranked above their typical power rating, doesn’t seem biased to me.
@bdye108@NextRoundLive@joelklatt I’m not saying A&M is a better program than Auburn, historically Auburn is clearly more accomplished.
My point is that Klatt is wrong, and with the right coach either program would be consistently elite.
@Reasonable12th@NextRoundLive@joelklatt He’s right if you look 2000-present, he is ignoring the 90’s.
To say A&M will forever be a popcorn program, even if with a good coach is dead wrong.
@spncrmrtn@CarterKarels@AggieYellOn3 Don’t worry too much. T.J. Searcy is great against run and will likely be on the field more often in the early downs/ run situations. I would expect Saka and Jones to line up on the edges in passing situations. The three will probably rotate with each other quite a bit.
@BobbyTXLS @alphachase01 @PeteNakos@On3 It’s not a fly pattern it’s a Hail Mary. All the receivers stand in the end zone and the QB throws up a jump ball.
@drdozer_mendoza@365Aggie Neither Miami nor Texas were stacking the line. They both played most of the game with a standard box. Their main goal was to take away Reed’s explosive play making. Schematically there was nothing stopping us from running the ball, we just lost the line of scrimmage.
@Drewtamu Ar’maj Reed-Adams is a particularly relevant example this year. He was under the radar, Elko and Cushing found him, he ended up being a draft pick.
At the same time, I feel like we have more highly touted guys in this portal class than 2024 or 2025.
