@Dee0871 Oh got me too. It was a missed opportunity for a much punchier reply. 1. because it’s probably cost effective &more eco conscious.
2. because exposed pipes in old prisons are used for a number of nefarious purposes. &on en suite showers- <violence & more much needed human dignity
