Afghans abroad, who are getting fat from free money they get as unemployed refugees, are all over social media telling poor Afghans back in Afghanistan to protest. If anyone gets arrested, beaten up or worse, they will exploit that as content for their social media pages.

The UN has now confirmed that women and children were killed in Pakistani airstrikes.
This is not an isolated incident. It is part of a dangerous and repeated pattern of cross-border strikes that have killed civilians, terrorised communities and violated Afghanistan’s sovereignty, the UN Charter, the Geneva Conventions and the most basic principles of international humanitarian law. This is war crime.
Pakistan’s military leadership must be held accountable. Civilian deaths cannot be dismissed as “collateral damage” or buried under counterterrorism rhetoric. Cross-border bombardment without consequences is not security policy. It is impunity with uniforms and aircraft.
There must be an independent international investigation, public accountability, compensation for victims’ families and consequences for those who authorised, planned, ordered and carried out these strikes. 👇

The UN in AFG has “documented 13 civilian deaths & 10 injuries” mostly women/children resulting from Pakistani airstrikes n Khost, Kunar, and Paktika. Among those killed was Asma a six-year-old girl from Kunar. Her mother, sister, and brother were injured in the attack.
Incident Report – Alleged Human Rights Violations Against Civilians in Khost Province
Issued by the International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF)
In the early morning of 10 June 2026, at approximately 04:45 AM local time, Pakistani military forces reportedly carried out artillery shelling targeting the Sadiq Gharab locality of Alisher District, Khost Province, Afghanistan.
According to credible local sources, the attack struck a civilian residential area, resulting in the deaths of three children and injuries to at least six other civilians. The use of heavy artillery in or near populated civilian areas raises grave concerns about deliberate or indiscriminate targeting of non-combatants, which may constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law (IHL) and fundamental human rights principles.
Border community reports indicate that this incident is part of a recurring pattern of cross-border shelling affecting civilian populations across several Afghan provinces, including Paktia, Paktika, Khost, Nangarhar, and Kunar. These repeated attacks have reportedly led to civilian casualties, destruction of homes and property, and forced displacement—compelling many residents to abandon their homes in search of safety.
Under international humanitarian law, all parties to a conflict are obligated to distinguish between civilian populations and military objectives and to ensure that attacks do not disproportionately harm civilians. Indiscriminate attacks on populated areas and the targeting of civilian infrastructure may amount to war crimes and serious breaches of human rights obligations.
The IHRF urgently calls upon relevant international and regional human rights mechanisms, including the UN Human Rights Council and the International Criminal Court, to investigate these incidents, document evidence of civilian harm, and ensure accountability for those responsible. Immediate protective measures must also be implemented to safeguard civilians in border communities who continue to face the threat of cross-border attacks.

Pakistan launched new airstrikes targeting Afghanistan, killing at least 13 people and wounding 14 others, the Taliban's chief spokesperson says. https://t.co/yWs1PKs6qA
Pakistan has attacked Afghanistan again. According to media reports many civilians including children were killed. I condemn this attack as I have condemned previous attacks killing civilians. This kind of violence will not resolve the problem between the 2 countries: the allegations by Pakistan that Afghanistan provides sanctuary and support for TTP and the allegations by Afghanistan that Islamabad provides sanctuary and support for ISIS-K. What is needed is a negotiated agreement in which the two sides commit to not allow their territory to be used by groups or individuals to threaten the security of the other, with monitoring by a trusted third party. Pakistan's current policy is a failure. It is past time for serious negotiations and diplomacy. #Afghanistan #Pakistan #Qatar #Turkiye @DCIARatcliffe #India #SaudiArabia #UAE

Pakistan must be held accountable for its violations of international law and for the long shadow of terror it has imposed on the region.
Pakistan has been one of the world’s most notorious exporters, incubators and sponsors of terrorist networks for decades. Its military and intelligence establishment created, sheltered, armed and deployed jihadist groups as instruments of state policy from Afghanistan to Kashmir and beyond. A state that has used terrorism as a strategic asset has no moral or legal authority to bomb Afghan territory in the name of counterterrorism.
These airstrikes are not about security. They are acts of aggression designed to deflect attention from Pakistan’s internal collapse, its failing economy, its military’s crisis of legitimacy and the multiple insurgencies now tearing through its own borders.
Afghanistan’s sovereignty must be respected. Cross-border attacks, collective punishment and the killing of civilians cannot be normalised under any pretext. 👇
Close-up images of the house struck by Pakistani airstrikes n Khost. Built from mud & home to a family with only the most basic means of livelihood. A stark reminder that even the poorest civilians r not safe from the devastating impact of conflict on Durand line n both sides.
