@rhanley We agree on the goal. Then we use Area 51's. Area 51 = set a 5 min timer & write/type all you can. Stop when the alarm sounds & send. What you wrote will take 1 minute to read. So it takes 1 minute for them to catchup/focus on the goal. Try it. You'll see. They Work.
