@CeXSupport Thanks. Not sure how to dm, let's just say parcel didn't turn up at all yesterday even after getting a confirmation email. Got an email @ 5:30pm saying they couldn't deliver and to reschedule. Rang and now have to wait till 19/12 9am -5pm. Shocking service

@CeXSupport have been waiting for a delivery today. Was given 12-4pm and it's still not here. What's the point of sending an email to confirm, we wait because it needs a signature and still not here. Have to work tomorrow......no doubt now thats when they'll deliver......#DHL
