You'd have to dig into your journey, experiences, and skills. Even if you think your work experience is not THAT exceptional, a few things must make you unique.

For example, it could be the places you grew up in, the life circumstances you experienced, or the kind of people you interacted with. What they are looking for are diverse people. So there could be things that you consider as being basic but are, in fact, quite unique among an LBS class. Don't just say "I grew up in a developing country." Dig even deeper. For example, "I started earning when I was 13...."

I would structure it as: "I am unique because I have/experienced X, which taught my Y. Hence, I can teach my fellow classmates Y, which is relevant for them because of Z"
