You need meals that are:

You need to be in a calorie deficit.
Don't get confused by all the content about "hormones".
They affect how many calories you burn but if you consume fewer calories than you burn, you'll still lose weight.
These foods/meals make creating that deficit simple.
The high protein meals & nutrient dense foods will keep you full all day.
Be sure to add the low cal bbq sauce & salsa to meals for taste and variety.
MORE NUTRITION TIPS:
- Aim for 0.8-1g of protein per lb of bodyweight everyday.
- Eat the protein (e.g. beef, steak, egg whites) on your plate first to feel full faster.
- Make sure 50%+ of your plate is protein
- Chew your food until it’s liquid in your mouth
- Eat until 80% full rather than stuffing yourself
- Throw junk food out of your cupboard (out of sight, out of mind)
- Drink a protein shake before meals to be more full and get extra protein
- Stay hydrated by adding electrolytes to your water. This will reduce hunger too.
