I’ve tried contacting so many times, nobody is responding to any messages, I’m traveling with a 5 month old, we haven’t been given our luggage and we have had 0 commutation after we were put on a coach and sent to a hotel. We were told staff would be here to help us yet the hotel didn’t even know you’d sent us to stay at the hotel, so nobody is here to assist.
