Nexus Mods has acquired SteamDB.

The site’s creator @thexpaw is stepping away after burning out from years of running it. He looked for a team he could hand the project over to, but never found anyone he fully trusted.

SteamDB will stay SteamDB for now, but over time, Nexus Mods will be slowly integrated in the site.

@eyroOWN_ My personal hope is sumitomo, the dbs ost is incredible and the dbs broly ost is a masterpiece, both have incredibly iconic tracks

@AirborneGames a hard mode is very fun if it forces you to learn the intricacies of a game. its not fun if its simply just time consuming (killing a damage sponge enemy) or mindless (having to resort to a cheese strat)

@AirborneGames Number based difficulty is fine if it forces you to engage more with the mechanics of the game. I think that's what people generally mean when it comes to mechanics difficulty. There's no point to a hard mode if all it does is make you do something more or take longer time
