Tuesday I made the dumb decision to sign up for a half marathon even though I haven’t run since my 50k a month ago. I finished in 2:12 but my feet hurt.
Who has two thumbs and is dumb enough to run a 50k with 7k ft of vert as their first ever race and actually place front of the mid pack (46/160)?
I am apparently
67% of the year complete, 73% of the way to 250k ft of elevation gain. Finally made up for the poor effort before I made my goal. Time to crush the last third of the year.
