@Uber_Support my partner left his phone in an Uber , we tracked it to the driver, location was exactly where he had picked up my partner. Contacted the driver who immediately removed the sim - said it is not there! What dishonest people you employ!

@Uber_Support you have my partner's phone in the uber he just used. Despite going through the complexities of trying to use a different phone to report a phone missing with his account details it has led to nought. Unable to contact the driver or uber supporyt - so what now?

@TheCourierGuy_ have you perhaps managed to tell your devs that there has to be a better way to find an available locker? Merely saying "drop off anywhere" is not working - please consider the mounting costs of fuel... and frustration

@TheCourierGuy_ The new “use any locker” system isn’t working. Have been to 3 locations already for an XXL - nothing , and now I have to drive all over town just to find an available one. Sounds good in theory, in practice does not work. Such a waste of time and petrol!
