@RoyalMailHelp had prescription medication delivered to Post Office as was not in during delivery window….tracking says it is as my chosen Post Office….they are adamant they haven’t got it….what are my options please? Husband been down the sorting office to check too… 😢

@RoyalMailHelp just had an email which states….“We've received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today”….who provides this request?

@EE terrible service for husbands mobile. Moved to SIM only, no SIM has been sent and old SIM has been cut off….with no warning of this. Advised to go into store today but was shut due to staffing issues.
No idea what is going on and no way to escalate.
