the older version of Star Rod, now called “Classic” or “Legacy” Star Rod, will only receive minor additional updates

We would like to support unmodified decomp with Star Rod but it was not feasible for this release. Requiring use of papermario-dx for now enables us to improve developer experience (“DX”) more than we would be able to with matching decompilation.
