call the billing department and say five words: "I need an itemized statement"

watch $14,000 turn into $4,200

hospitals don't send you itemized bills by default. they send you a summary. one line. one number. pay this

the itemized version shows every single charge. and that's where the scam falls apart

$78 for a single Tylenol you could buy at CVS for $3 $400 for "room usage" for a room you sat in for 12 minutes $1,200 for "physician consultation"

when a nurse practitioner spent 45 seconds checking your chart $250 for "surgical supplies"

when you got 3 stitches and a bandaid duplicate charges for the same procedure billed twice under different codes

hospitals get away with this because most people never ask. they just pay the summary or let it go to collections and destroy their credit for 7 years over charges that were never real

the call script:

"Hi, I'm calling about account number [X]. I'd like a fully itemized statement showing every individual charge, CPT code, and unit cost. I'm also requesting the chargemaster rate versus what my insurance was billed"

they'll push back. "we already sent your statement." no. you sent a summary. you want the itemized breakdown with procedure codes

once you get it:

step 1: google every CPT code on the bill. compare their price to the Medicare rate for the same procedure. hospitals routinely charge 300-800% above Medicare rates. you now have negotiating leverage

step 2: call back. "I've reviewed the itemized statement. There are duplicate charges on lines [X] and [X]. The charge for [procedure] is $1,200 but the Medicare reimbursement rate is $180. I'd like to discuss a fair adjustment"

step 3: ask about financial hardship discount. every nonprofit hospital has one and many for-profit hospitals do too. most require a simple application. income under $60K-$80K for a family qualifies at most nonprofit hospitals for 40-100% reduction. they won't volunteer this. you have to ask

step 4: if they won't negotiate, say "I'd like to file a formal billing dispute and request review by your patient advocate"

this triggers an internal audit. a different person reviews the charges. errors get caught. bills get reduced

step 5: offer a lump sum. "I can pay $3,800 today if we can settle this account in full." hospitals would rather take $3,800 now than send $14,000 to collections where they'll recover a fraction of the balance

and if it already went to collections? the collection agency bought that $14,000 bill for pennies on the dollar. they'll often take a fraction of the original amount to delete it and walk away happy

you were about to destroy your credit for 7 years over a bill that was mostly inflated charges

Five years ago today, I was permitted a final, ten minute visit to say goodbye to my Dad who lay “dying of COVID” in the Covid Ward.

We were required to put on “Moon Suits” to step in and pray over Dad. As my sister (in attached photo) prayed aloud from memory several prayers, and we all desperately tried to tell Dad of our love and evoke his deep faith, we knew Dad could hear us. A priest had come earlier to give Dad Last Rites.

We were not allowed to even wet his mouth with ice chips, the apparent “medical” reason being to lessen contact with him, he being administered only IV fluids. He was clearly suffering. It was truly seeing your father nailed upon a cross.

Dad did not die until 5 days later. We were not permitted to visit him again over those days, but we were assured we could join by iPAD and Zoom to be with him in his final moments.

My father was a Great Man of Medicine. He spent his life healing the sick and protecting us from disease. He was a professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Vietnam Veteran with a Distinguished Career in the U.S Public Health Service fighting Infectious Disease. My father served at the National Institutes of Health at NIAID, the same Institue that Anthony Fauci later directed. They had several run ins over the years, and Dad considered Fauci a slick phony.

Before Covid, Dad had been living with Parkinson’s in Assisted Living. He still had his faculties and managed for himself, but needed occasional care. For the past year in 2020, we had been permitted limited contact with him, sometimes only getting to see him on a balcony.

To be sure, Dad had medical issues, but COVID was not one of them. Admitted because of an intestinal infection, he had tested negative for COVID three times, but positive on the Fourth test. That test had been 10 days prior, but the Doctors refused to retest him so that he might be moved out of the COVID ward. He had not received his regular Parkinson’s Medicine during his admission, the natural result being he would decompensate. Which he did. We were told that’s the COVID.

COVID was a BIOLOGICAL WEAPON, and the response to it, was a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. It is hard not to conclude that many segments of the population were targeted to die. We need leaders in Public Life who will never permit this to happen again and who are committed to bring justice to the millions who were victimized like Dad.

My fellow South Carolinians, as your next U.S. Senator, I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL FAUCI AND HIS COCONSPIRATORS ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE. I will get Americans the justice and compensation they deserve. COVID and its response, including forcing people to take the jab against their will and/or on the basis of fraudulent medical directives demand attention of the U.S. Senate.

I pledge to work with @SecKennedy in order to bring accountability. We need fighters and I am committing to YOU today, on my honor, that I will get to the bottom of this, and put FAUCI IN AN ORANGE JUMPSUIT. We cannot simply forget and move on. What happened was EVIL.

A reminder that a vast majority of the millions who crossed the border illegally during the Biden administration were lining the pockets of cartels like CJNG, paying thousands, sometimes tens of thousands of $ per head to be smuggled into the Unites States. Color coded cartel wristbands littered major crossing areas, as cartels organized their human cargo by indicating who had already paid them.

Nearly 70% of criminal aliens detained by ICE have pending charges or prior convictions. So-called “non-violent” offenders include individuals charged with drug trafficking, distribution of child pornography, burglary, fraud, DUI, embezzlement, solicitation of a minor, human smuggling, and more.

Labeling these offenses as “non-violent” does not mean they aren’t threats to public safety.

Student sounds alarm, says professor conducted 'ICE drill' during class

A student at the University of Minnesota tells Alpha News she had to take part in what her professor called an "'ICE drill" during class.

The student said it was meant to teach students how to respond if ICE ever came to the class—and how white students needed to use their bodies to "cover" and "shield" other students who may be likely targets of immigration enforcement.

The student, who initially did not want to be anonymous but did so to protect family and friends, said that as a future educator, “I would never ever instruct my own students to put their own safety on the line.”

The university told Alpha News it is aware of the situation and conducting a thorough review.
