@Tolkoto I loved it back in the day. By the time the trailers for 3 came out I cringed at how much it still appeared to function like a ps2 game with the awkwardly paced cutscenes, weirdly mixed music and sound effects, and the stilted dialogue. I don’t think the series is for me anymore

@dynamic_voltage To be fair I think it’s because Dragons Dogma takes more risks in its design and pushes graphics and physics more than Bethesda games while still being less of a teetering pile of code. I used to love Bethesda games but they really have stagnated design wise.
