Watched an interview of Saurabh Khandelwal, founder of #DahibaraExpress, who took Odisha’s iconic dahibara to the national stage.

Started with just ₹15,000 in Odisha, Dahibara Express now clocks over ₹1.8 crore in revenue with outlets across India.

During his research phase, he stayed two days at Raghu Dahibara’s home at Cuttack and one day with Babula Dahibara to learn the art of making dahibara.

He also ate Dahibara Aloodum for an entire month, trying stalls across Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, before launching the chain.
