I sent an email to get an update on my order that was supposed to be processed in 4-6 weeks NINE weeks ago and they sent me the tracking info for my signed cd 🙃🙃 WRONG ORDER

I have merch orders from 7/23, 7/24, 7/27, 8/9, 8/27, 8/28 AND 9/18 and the ONLY things that have been sent is the cd from my 7/23 order and the signed CD from 9/18. That’s 10 other items I’ve gotten absolutely no update on 🤗🤷🏼‍♀️
