What a performance our children put on today! We were invited to sing and entertain the day visitors @DoveCottageHosp. The children (and Mrs Minnaar) sang their hearts out! A mixture of songs, Nativity tunes and some show songs for next year’s Young Voices concert! So so proud!

We had the most wonderful, thought provoking assemblies this afternoon from James @MeltonSociety who talked to us about food miles and the impact of our choices on the environment and our finances. We look forward to seeing you soon to talk about budgeting!

Today our school council helped @jellymoring from #letsgozero to complete a sustainability audit of our school. They measured Co2, light intensity & thermal images of the whole school - it was very insightful as we plan to reduce our carbon footprint aim to improve our school 🤩

So proud of our School Council today.., we set off early to visit the home of democracy and the House of Parliament. A wonderful tour and workshop! Then a few sights! Thank you for being an amazing group to take 🤩

We have been so excited to kick start our week on books… #WorldBookDay may be on Thursday but we had an amazing Author visit today, from Cazzie Phillips talking about The Rotters! thank you 🤩
