@TfL@lynnerosie Hi Lynne, please check if you've got step-free mode switched on (the wheelchair icon in top right will be blue) as this hides stations that do not have step-free access.

@CamdenFPT@TfL ok thanks - might have been a caching issue. The 'Near London' could occur if your location permission is approximate rather than Precise.
@KarlLimpert@TfL 1 min is the minimum, but fair point! Difference I refer to is vs other journey planning apps which tend to plan from platform to platform.
@alihattersley@TfL that should work then... To investigate this further though, you'll need to contact our team as noted on that screenshot, they'll have access to the necessary tools to go deeper.
