Worst stay at a hotel @hyatt stayed at #HyattRegencyOhare
#wrongroom we asked for 2 beds and got 1 #dirty #nomaidservice #roomnotready it took 2 extra hours to get our room! Argued about fresh towels. Just a horrible time. Would not recommend ever.
