@theskindoctor13 There's a theory that the cause of the rot is because the IAS cadre is punished disproportionatly for mistakes (aka actions) and not rewarded at all for success. This makes inaction the most logically optimum strategy. So it's not about such officers. It's more the system.

#ScamAlert : This Toffee Coffee Roasters (@RoastersToffee) #startup seems to be a fraudulent operation. Ordered from them under a "buy one get one free" offer and after waiting more than a month they send just one coffee in the package. Customer care stopped responding.

I think the #startup received some initial success being part of the @CRED_club store. But I hope #CRED has delisted them.
