way to go @UPS every time claiming a delivery attempt was made but they "missed" me. i have been home since 2020. even better, customer support is automated and refuses to connect you to a human. that is what brown is doing for me.

really, @Uber , it's ok to cancel and rebook my rides twice, pushing back arrival time, without asking for confirmation? last one said it was 6 mins away, for 12 mins. called driver, he was still 12 more mins away. no way to contact customer service.
