@AmySilverberg Some people find it easier to stick to if they make it a social activity and have other people to run with. Other weirdos, like me, prefer to just run alone and enjoy being in competition with themselves. Do whatever makes you happy!

@AmySilverberg I also find it useful to focus on your gait and the way your feet are striking the ground. You probably want to aim for striking with your midfoot instead of your heel, which probably means taking shorter strides that you'd expect to be taking.
