🚨Athletic directors, school boards, HR directors, and ISD budget directors:

‼️If your coaches are working in the summer for summer workouts, find a way to pay them! Even if it is just filling their gas tank each week, reward them for their time and dedication.

👉I have been places where we got $25 an hour, a place where we got $38 an hour, and places where we got nothing. We were going to work hard regardless. It sure improves morale to give them some cash.

@MidMajorMedia Absolutely! Need to do what is right for both those schools and fan bases. Noticed 6A got the Medford schools to play at their home site but we are going to make the small schools travel multiple hours to play. Not right!
