I will never book with @united again! the customer service was horrible the ticket agent closed the desk early so I missed checking by one minute and was not able to fly out for work. If it wasn't for @AmericanAir I have never made it!

@bjsrestaurants Called in this morning to make a birthday reservation for dinner at the Moreno valley CA location and they did not put it in. Had to take my party of 12 across town. Management wasn't not helpful. Very unhappy won't be going back ever again.
