Wow, what a year! Makes me so emotional to think back over it. From vaccinating in a church & care home with some true heroes in Dec 2020, setting up our multi-PCN site at Brighton Racecourse with some truly wonderful people that I now consider my forever friends (Jan - June)...

F2F and ☎️ are both appropriate appt types in #generalpractice, when chosen wisely, together.

Real problem is under-resourcing.

There are 290 fewer GP surgeries now than 2 years ago, fewer FTE GPs and 1 million more patients.

This benefits noone. Not GPs, not patients.
