@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to use your guide to adj my UHD tv. I downloaded the HDR testcard as instructed & tried setting the brightness & contrast. No matter what I do I can’t see ‘Sky’ in the black and white boxes, are they missing?

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I can’t log into my @nsandihelp account for my money as their authentication system can’t recognise the hash key on my phone. They say it’s a known iphone issue but @AppleSupport think the carrier is the problem. Please fix between you or legal advice follows.

@nsandihelp why is it so easy to deposit funds into saving bonds but virtually impossible to remove them due to the iPhone hashtag issue? How long has this been going on?

@nsandihelp Yes. Account unlocked by telephoning helpline and changing passwords. Afraid to try again. Now hoping that funds have been transferred to bank account as promised.

@nsandihelp It isn’t recognised, after 3 attempts my account is locked. Apparently this is a known issue with iPhones and it has been escalated. However it looks like it has been around for a while.
