@Safaricom_Care@SafaricomPLC Good morning Saf. How can I top up my 5G Home Fibre without using the USSD *400#.
I tried using the Paybill 150501 and acc no as my 5G account no but it’s not going. I get the error “Dear customer, suffix <acc. No> is invalid.”
@Kambua Wueeh!! This reminds me of the day I was going to Ole Sereni from Southern bypass and by mistake joined the ICD road. I tried to come back! Bwana karibu nifike Kikuyu nikitafuta U-turn 😈
Recently did a podcast with Phil Director on “Becoming a CEO” and gotta say I really enjoyed how open the conversations were.
Lots to share and with that I will soon start doing a series to constantly share awareness via all platforms.

In one of our recent incident response cases, we found a cleverly hidden backdoor that the attacker had installed on various computers and servers in the network. Disguised as a Microsoft Edge service, a Mesh agent was running under the following path:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\MicrosoftEdge\msedge.exe
Just looking at the services and installation paths, it would be easy to miss this installation. But the arguments used are a pretty big giveaway: --meshServiceName="MicrosoftEdge"
I’ve talked about MeshCentral being used as a backdoor before [1].
The customer gradually rolled out our forensic agent to all clients and servers in the network, and we kept finding new installations of this backdoor. It's another great example of how important visibility is during incident response, and how crucial it is to perform a broad network analysis instead of focusing only on individual servers or client systems.
