@louisemcaw_w @museumhour An example would be if you've undertaken research to better understand an issue or help develop a new process, but it hasn't resulted in an increase of (insert something that needed increasing) or a concrete policy / practice change

@BenPaites @museumhour Exactly, think it could be paraphrased as 'caring for your role beyond the job description' which comes with pros (for the organisation, the audiences, etc) but also cons (sometimes it can be exhausting).
