@vueling Print the exaxt line and post where your t&cs say you can put me on an indirect flight and increase flight duration (not departure) by 5 hours??? Stop wasting my time. You are clearly a corrupt airline with no morals.

@vueling My flight is no longer direct and as such i am entitled a refund. This is verified by the CAA. I booked direct to Alicante and you now have me connecting in Barelona. The flight duration is now closer to 5-6 hours instead of 2. You can change the flight time, not duration
