@RevolutApp Hi. Can you explain why you started asking for a lot more info on the receving bank details. To Sweden, you now require clr andaca. Which is machine readable from the IBAN. Why is it not enough from IBAN? Most Businesses do not provide ac and clr but only IBAN.

@AmazonHelp And this is what I did. I had a guranteed delivery of yesterday and then got a guaranteed delivery of today, words that obviously don’t matter to you. But I suppose you will keep guaranteeing new dates ?

@AmazonUK @amazon @AmazonHelp Why provide such as terrible service ? Ordered with "guaranteed" delivery yesterday,got delay until today with a "100% promise" from customer service that I would get this morning. Now 3d delay and you refuse to cancel and refund the orders ?

@AmazonHelp Still they can’t provide any customer service. I do understand that sometimes issues happen but then don’t guarantee again a new date that doesn’t work. But regardless to not then acknowledge the issue and offer a cancellation and refund is just nothing less than fraud

@AmazonHelp Yes, by putting me on constant hold on a very bad line to the call center and then disconnecting me. No thanks. I'll be reporting this to AMEX as fraud. As someone that did 689 orders last year and 288 so far this year, you will now loose me as a customer.

@AmazonHelp But your "Guaranteed" message when you order and your "guaranteed" updated delivery promise is just fraud then ? You have debited me money on my card on the promise that you had a Guaranteed delivery slot. The obvious solution is to cancel and refund if that is what I want.
