@jasonc_nc True dat. Last summer I had a buffet dinner at a 5-star resort in Crete and the dish labeled "Greek salad" was a set of bowls each with a separate ingredient: one tomatoes, another cheese, another onions, etc. I complained about this abomination and was told: British tourists 🤷‍♂️

@stevesi City of Seattle has no vision (sorry, not sorry). And they don't travel to learn. I don't think anyone in the City Council has been for any significant period of time in SF let alone Barcelona, Monaco, Valencia, Marseille, or literally any other city with a welcoming waterfront.
