@SW_Help I spoke to station staff and they also said taxis have not been authorised but all trains out of Waterloo seem to be delayed or cancelled.

@SW_Help Thank you for confirming, I am about to arrive at Guildford but there are currently no trains showing to Haslemere until 20.39 (if that leaves Waterloo on time). Are taxis now authorised from Guildford to Haslemere?

@British_Airways Neil, essentials is very ambiguous. I assume @British_Airways is complying with the Montreal Convention in relation to the financial amount that can be claimed? Please can you confirm this?
