@ouraring Shocking experience with @ouraring. The ring’s coating peeled, battery died fast, and the quality was awful for the price. I returned it with all accessories, yet only got a partial refund. This feels like theft. Customer service is ignoring me. Avoid this company!

@ouraring I’m appalled by the lack of response from your customer service. I paid £540 for a gold Oura Ring less than 2 months ago, and the gold coating is already wearing off despite proper care. This is unacceptable for a premium product. Respond immediately.
