So I ask it to transfer me to a human at @DPDCare, it says it needs more info, so I tell it I want to ask someone why the parcel isn't here, it tells me it will be delivered on the 14th..I tell it I know that, we go round in circles, apparently I can't talk to @DPDCare

Ok AI still sucks..rescheduled a delivery with @DPDCare for today..hasn't turned up..go to the app, chat with an AI agent, tells me the delivery will come on the 14th July (today), I ask if it will still get here as today is the 14th, it says it was wrong it will turn up on 14th

So today I had an anxiety attack, the first in a long time, all over a comment that someone meant in all innocence that my head took the wrong way :( 6 hrs later it's still affecting me, high heart rate, nausea, tiredness... I hate my head!!

@housecor I'm constantly trying to point this out at work, the amount of times something is "reviewed" and then leads to manual QA failure, or worse a regression post deployment! For something that should have been spotted either visually or just running a build of the JS and a quick test
