1. I finish completing charts at night. 
2. I spend hours and hours calling patients back
3. I can't find time to do research work.
4. I'm too tired to write at 10pm

@jiahweing Thanks for sharing! Many of us feel this way! Women in Medicine should not stop or delay their family plans . If medicine wants to be diverse and inclusive, the system should be supportive. Still a lot of work to do on this!
