Nicklas Nilsson explains the difference between right-wing and left-wing people in spot-on text on Facebook:

"If a right-wing person is gay, then he is, and he doesn't care what others think.
If a left-winger is gay, then he demands legal changes, protests against everything and everyone, and turns it into a political struggle.

If a right-winger is vegan, then he simply doesn't eat meat.

If a left-winger complains about his job – then it's the boss, the company, or the colleagues who are at fault. He demands collective agreements, strikes, changes for the whole community, and protests against the company so that it suits him.

If a right-winger is dissatisfied with his housing or rent, then he moves, renovates, or buys something else.
If a left-winger is dissatisfied with his housing or rent, then he demands rent freezes, more subsidies, regulations for everyone, and protests against landlords and politicians.

If a right-winger fails with a business or an investment that goes wrong, then he gets up, dusts himself off, and tries again tomorrow.
If a left-winger runs out of money on the 24th, then he blames the rich for having too much and needing to contribute more, blames the lottery win that didn't come home last week, and mutters that he has such damn bad luck.

If a right-winger sees this – then he sends it to a few friends for a good laugh.
If a left-winger sees this – then he tries to argue against it, get it removed, and delete me from Facebook."

@JoanaCotar Man sieht an diesen Personen, wie wichtig es ist, ein ehrlicher Mensch zu sein. Weil diese ganzen Lügen, die man den ganzen Tag immer von sich gibt, kann man sich irgendwann nicht mehr merken und verstrickt sich selbst in seinem Lügengeflecht.

Eine Regierung, die Peter bestiehlt, um Paul zu bezahlen, schafft sich nicht nur die Unterstützung von Paul – sie schafft sich gleichzeitig ein Heer von Pauls, die immer mehr fordern und immer weniger arbeiten wollen. Das ist kein Versehen, das ist das Geschäftsmodell.

Der Kern des Problems ist nicht die Umverteilung an sich, sondern die Initiation von Gewalt. Der Staat nimmt Peter sein Eigentum mit der Androhung von Knast oder Enteignung – das ist kein „Sozialstaat“, das ist organisierte Erpressung. Wer das verteidigt, hat im Grunde akzeptiert, dass moralische Regeln nur für Privatpersonen gelten, nicht für die Institution mit dem Monopol auf legitime Gewalt.

Jede echte Hilfe, jede Solidarität, jede Umverteilung muss freiwillig geschehen. Sobald Zwang ins Spiel kommt, wird aus Nächstenliebe Raub, aus Gemeinschaft Klientelismus und aus Paul ein Wähler, der seine eigene moralische Korruption mit dem Satz rechtfertigt: „Aber ich brauche das ja.“

Lasst Peter sein Eigentum behalten. Lasst ihn freiwillig entscheiden, ob und wie viel er Paul gibt – sei es aus Mitgefühl, aus Vertrag, aus gegenseitigem Nutzen oder aus purem Altruismus. Dann werden wir sehen, wie viele Pauls wirklich unterstützenswert sind und wie viele nur gelernt haben, auf Kosten anderer zu leben.

Wer „soziale Gerechtigkeit“ mit staatlichem Diebstahl gleichsetzt, hat nicht nur die Moral, sondern auch die Ökonomie und die Menschenkenntnis aufgegeben. Peter wird irgendwann nicht mehr produzieren oder emigrieren. Dann bleibt nur noch der Staat, der beide bestehlen muss – bis nichts mehr da ist.

Der Staat ist kein Robin Hood. Er ist der Sheriff von Nottingham mit einer Armee von Pauls, die ihm zujubeln, während er Peter ausplündert.

In Europe, DAC8 has turned “Know Your Customer” into “Kill Your Customer.”

Today, Bull Bitcoin is officially opening the first legal front against DAC8.

We have brought a case before France’s Conseil d’État, the country’s highest administrative court, to strike down the decree implementing DAC8 in French law.

Since January 1, 2026, DAC8 has required crypto-asset service providers to systematically collect user and transaction data and subsequently report it to national tax authorities.
These authorities will automatically exchange this information across the European Union and with tax administrations in other participating countries around the world.

The result is a massive international financial-data honeypot linking people’s legal identities, home addresses and crypto activity, including information with no relevance whatsoever to taxation.
This is grossly disproportionate and poses a serious threat to the physical safety of crypto holders and their families.

Until now, most customer data remained within each crypto-asset service provider unless a suspicious transaction was reported or a competent authority made a lawful request.
DAC8 replaces this model with the systematic reporting and cross-border sharing of highly sensitive financial information.

The more authorities, civil servants, contractors, systems and foreign jurisdictions that have access to this data, the greater the risk that it will eventually be leaked, stolen, illegally accessed or sold to criminal organizations.

At the same time, kidnappings and violent attacks against crypto holders and their families are rising, with leaked personal and financial data increasingly being used to identify and target victims.
France has already suffered numerous breaches of highly sensitive government and financial databases.

Given enough time, a database of this scale is almost certain to be breached.
When that happens, criminal organizations will gain a ready-made map of who to target and where to find them.

This is not responsible financial oversight. It is a recipe for disaster.

We filed our initial application before the Conseil d'État on February 24, 2026, followed by a substantive legal brief setting out the full grounds of our case.
This is not a symbolic gesture. It is a serious legal action, grounded in law and handled by experienced legal professionals.

We are seeking the outright annulment of the French decree implementing DAC8’s crypto-asset reporting regime, on the grounds that automated mass financial-data collection violates fundamental human rights.

If necessary, we are prepared to take this fight before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the French Constitutional Council.

A victory in France could establish an important judicial precedent and provide a blueprint for other European actors seeking to fight DAC8 in their own countries.

Someone has to draw a line in the sand.

Das @BMF_Bund plant, durch die „Bekämpfung von Finanz- und Steuerkriminalität sowie die Einführung einer Krypto-Besteuerung“ im Jahr 2027 insgesamt 1 Milliarde Euro einzunehmen.

Ende April, bei der Vorstellung der Eckwerte, war noch von 2 Milliarden Euro die Rede.

Eine konkrete Rechnung dazu gibt es nicht, während die Vermengung mit anderen Themen es schwer macht, diese Zahl infrage zu stellen.

Hohe Steuereinnahmen durch die Besteuerung von Kryptowährungen wie Kapitaleinkünfte sind dennoch unrealistisch:
-in Österreich wurden im Bullenmarktjahr 2024 nur ~34 Millionen Euro durch die Kapitalertragssteuer bei Krypto eingenommen
-wenn man Krypto-Verluste mit Aktiengewinnen verrechnen können sollte – was eigentlich die logische Folge sein müsste –, dann wäre für 2027 sogar gut vorstellbar, dass die Steueränderung dem Staat unter dem Strich Geld kosten wird

Also entweder ist das BMF extrem bullisch auf Bitcoin oder hantiert einfach mit Fantasiezahlen.

Co-Pierre Georg von der Frankfurt School of Finance behauptet gerade während eines Webinares, dass "der allergrößte Teil der Bitcoin-Transaktionen für illegale Zahlungen verwendet wird".

Zur Erinnerung: Laut @chainalysis standen im Jahr 2024 nur 0,14% des gesamten Krypto-Transaktionsvolumens im Zusammenhang mit illegalen Aktivitäten.

Es werden weiter Lügen verbreitet, um u.a. die Steuer zu rechtfertigen.
