@ThoughtsAbStuff @AgentUnatco @favelaoverlord Assassination targets and civillians are worth the most amount of chaos points (6 I think) but you can kill every target and get the good ending. Problem is weepers also count as civilians so killing a lot of them will increase your chaos very quickly.

The girl's family returned to the UK and that's when her mum found the messages, reported it to Dubai police who arrested him whilst he was still in Dubai.
