The Auditor General’s report on Umeme’s buyout has determined $118m (Shs430.3 billion) as the right amount payable to Umeme, less by Shs423b the company claims. However, the concession says Umeme reserves the right to determine whether any dispute of a value of over $7m (Shs25.5b) can go to international arbitration. Details are in today's copy of the Daily Monitor.

There is a new trick heartless people are using to infect others with HIV.

Not being a medic, ofcourse many of you don’t know how strips ie, malaria, HCG, Hepatitis B differ from HIV strips.

So these people come with either of the strips and pretend they want to do self test for HIV yet in reality they aren’t going to use HIV strips.

Of course they will use the other strips for example Hepatitis B strip, and once the person is negative for hepatitis B, it will show negative.

Because the victim doesn’t know, he or she will take it for HIV and that’s how one is going to be infected.

Please take caution, both girls and boys are being used and infected 🥲.
