-German Consulate Bangalore never replies to emails
-Voice operator tells it's lunch break during the inquiry time on call

Been calling for visa enquiry for over 20 days now. Mon-Thu b/w 2-3:30 PM IST (the time alloted for visa enquiry), and automated response I get is 'Due to a brief lunch break, we are currently unable to answer the phone'. Everyday? 1/2

I ordered a basic burger and a tiramisu jar, and after waiting for 1.5hr, received the wrong order. Tried contacting zomato and they asked for the video, which they say is not clear. I want to know what about the video and pictures are not clear??

@GermanCG_BLR I applied for the German National Visa a month ago at the VFS Bangalore office. I want to know the status. Emails and calls have gone unanswered. During the designated time of 2PM-3:30PM, automated response is that it is lunch break. When should I call then? Help.
