This isn't my first issue with this dealership. Last year, they refused to work up a trade-in deal on my Equinox — drove to Richmond instead, got more for my trade and left with this 2024 Traverse. Wild difference in treatment.

🚨 Escalating a terrible service experience with @chevrolet @GM at Rick Hendrick Chevy in Norfolk, VA. I dropped off my 2024 Traverse on July 16 for a simple oil change, recall, Super Cruise issue, and tail light replacement. 9+ business days later? Still not fixed. 🧵

Was told another tech might get to it — it’s “detailed work” since it needs bumper removal. Might be ready after hours Friday, probably Saturday 11am–12pm. Still no guarantee.
